The Year 8 students at St. Louis Grammar School, Kilkeel have settled in to their new school with great ease. With the early experiences of getting used to their new surroundings, following a timetable and the important task of making new friends, the students along with their tutors and Year Head Mr Anthony Monaghan, recently took some time out for a visit to the Odyssey Arena in Belfast. Central to this visit was the W5 experience at the Belfast venue. with its unique array of science and technology exhibitions the students were captivated and engrossed in the 'hands on' experiences this top educational exhibition had to offer.

Of course, the students also benefited further as the trip offered the chance for further friendships to be forged and a chance to interact with their teachers/tutors in an enjoyable event outside of the classroom. The Year 8 students thoroughly enjoyed the W5 experience and will now be certainly be looking forward to further educational visits organised by St.Louis.
