In 2021, St Louis students Mark McVeigh and Roise McQuaid embarked on work experience with Generation Innovation, a programme designed for ambitious, innovative young people interested in up-skilling for the jobs of the future. In the summer of 2021, talented and high achieving students Ella Peters and Mark McVeigh were successful in attaining a STEM Research Placement co-ordinated through Sentinus NI.
