Following on from its success in the past few years, St. Louis Grammar School, Kilkeel, has recommenced its Adult Class Programme.

After the successful application of ‘Big Lottery’ funding St Louis are delighted to announce that they have a number of ‘free’ adult classes now up and running. There really is ‘something for everyone’ on the Adult Classes programme. The programme includes Creative Writing, ICT for Beginners, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM), Science for Beginners, Traditional Music, and First Aid St. Louis principal, Mr Kevin Martin expressed his delight in extending the schools resources to adults in the community. He stated, ‘As we all know learning is now for life and we are delighted to have these classes up and running at St Louis. It is wonderful to see our building being used outside the school day’. Mr Martin encouraged those who wish to participate to contact the school for further information and to give these courses a try.

All classes are free of charge and will run for 10 weeks on a Thursday night from 7-8pm. Some spaces are still available. Please contact the school office on 02841762747 for details.
